How much is a setup?
A typical setup will be $50 plus the cost of strings (Floyd Rose and Classical Guitars start at $60).
Do we buy used instruments?
Yes; we usually pay half of used value, which is about a third of what the item sells for new.
What is your return policy?
- No cash refunds, in-store credit only.
- Must be returned within 14 days of original sale.
- Guitar pedals, you may try at home with your personal rig, if it is not what you're looking for, you may exchange it towards a different pedal. You may do so as many times as needed.
- No returns on books and/or media.
- There is a 20% restocking fee on all returns.
- Items must be in the same condition as when sold and must have all original packaging.
- Incomplete or damaged items will be subject to additional fees.
Skateboard Returns?
We offer one exchange only if it has not touched the pavement.
Do you sell Vinyl / Stereo Equipment?
Yes we do! We stock Vinyl Records, cleaning and storage accessories.
Instrument Rentals?
We do not offer instrument rentals due to the fact that the product could acquire damage throughout the rental. We do however offer PA rentals, please call for a direct quote.
Why "Please Ask For Assistance" signs?
We have these signs to help limit wear on our instruments. Our goal is to sell you something new and beautiful that hasn't been handled excessively.
Do you sell Woodwind / Brass / Orchestral instruments?
We do not. We recommend visiting Meyer Music on the north side of Holland located on Lakewood Blvd. We do, however, stock violins in all different sizes.
