JHS Pedals created the 808 Overdrive with one goal – recreating one of the most popular stompboxes ever created, the Ibanez TubeScreamer. For years JHS had included the 808 circuit in the Sweet Tea and Double Barrel OD, but has now released it in a single pedal version. The only difference between those circuits and the JHS 808 is the 808 can run at 18V for more headroom and greater dynamics.
